Black Cat Pizza begin as a late night pop-up in 2018, flipping a local bakery into a pizza joint to satisfy those after-hours cravings. With scratch made dough perfected by Chef and Owner Jaime Fernandez and non-traditional toppings such as Aloo Gobi Masala, Chicken and Waffles, Cochinita Pibil, Grilled Celery Caesar Salad, Papas Bravas (among many, many others) Black Cat quickly became a Fort Worth favorite. With the opening of the 401 Bryan Ave restaurant, the menu has expanded to include sandwiches, salads, craft beer, and wine. Come by for a slice!
Pizza is fun. We believe pizza is a perfect carrier to try flavors and ingredients you might not have tried before. We make all of our pizza dough and sauces from scratch, in house, because if the base isn’t good, nothing will be.
